1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the tb222 website accessible at tb222.io and all associated pages, services, games, and tools made available through it.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the tb222 platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on tb222, associated with a unique mobile number and used to access all platform services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all financial transactions on the tb222 platform are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or incentive amount credited to a Player's account by tb222 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real BDT funds.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software studio whose games are hosted and made available through the tb222 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the tb222 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions , all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of a Player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tb222 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of registered Players.

tb222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on tb222, you must complete the full registration process, which includes providing a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a unique password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the tb222 platform at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. tb222 will close all duplicate accounts detected and may forfeit any balances held within them where fraudulent intent is identified.

3.3 Account Verification

3.4 Account Currency

All tb222 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are all expressed and settled in BDT.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tb222 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tb222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tb222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to tb222's operational procedures.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tb222 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your tb222 account and are subject to change at tb222's discretion with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of the KYC process described in Section 3.3 before funds are released. tb222 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to verification status and payment method availability. tb222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged for compliance review.

5.4 Refused Transactions

tb222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tb222 will notify the Player and may refer the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tb222 are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before accepting it. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real BDT funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time it is offered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tb222 monitors all account activity for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; collusion between multiple accounts to generate bonus turnover; and the systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, tb222 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any winnings generated from it, and close the associated account.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used or activated within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without compensation.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the tb222 platform — including live casino results, slot machine spins, crash game multipliers, and RNG table game hands — are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by our Game Providers. tb222 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on our servers, the server-side record shall be considered definitive.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or game interruption, tb222 and its Game Providers reserve the right to void affected game rounds and return the wager amounts to the Player's account balance. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be payable in the event of a verified technical malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on tb222 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific rules published for each market in the betting section of the platform. tb222 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by match-fixing, corruption, or events declared void by the relevant governing body (including ICC and FIFA).

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on tb222. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are set by tb222 or the relevant Game Provider. tb222 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tb222 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the tb222 platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in sports betting or casino games.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in platform games or systems for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tb222 staff or other platform users.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against legitimate tb222 transactions.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or participating in chip dumping in casino games.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tb222 platform without prior written authorisation from tb222. Unauthorised use of tb222's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tb222 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

tb222's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tb222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The tb222 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tb222 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times.

12. Privacy

tb222's collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Any dispute between a Player and tb222 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures to be notified to the Player at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to raise a complaint through tb222's internal complaints process in the first instance.
